Micro-ribbed glass for the Glass 2.0 kitchen
19 DECEMBER 2024
The Arredo3 Glass 2.0 model features design kitchens with fronts made of glass – a sturdy, durable material that’s eco-sustainable because it can be reused – combined with lightweight and resistant aluminium frames. The end result is a technical door combining 100% recyclable materials, so it is part of the Gaia set-up, comprising proposals of our brand designed to promote a growing awareness to environmental concerns supported by sustainable choices.
The glass doors mounted on Glass 2.0 can be either smooth or ribbed, the latter version creating an elegant three-dimensional effect that adds dynamism to the kitchen. A special version will be available from 2025: the micro-ribbed glass door, with tighter-packed micro-ribs in neutral and chic shades or bolder and more sophisticated colours: fossile, nebbia, piuma, nero, Vesuvio, matcha, blu Cipro, arenaria, Marte. The overall effect, which is already refined, looks even more elegant with two superimposed doors, as occurs in the Mover mechanism – the back panel that opens by sliding vertically downwards.
We recall that the Glass 2.0 technical door can also have the fronts made of Laminam slabs, obtained from ground materials of largely natural origin using sustainable production methods, or HPL, which is very sturdy and practical.
